I have been in the real estate industry for over 25 years, over 20 years of that in the mortgage business.  It sounds corny, but I truly love working with my customers to help them get into a first home, maybe buy an investment property, purchase their dream home or refinance a current home to help complete whatever goal they are trying to accomplish.  I love a good loan challenge and have overcome MANY over the years!  I have first-rate communication with all parties involved in the transaction and also strive to ensure everyone understands "what, when, where, why and how!"

I feel that I have a vast knowledge of potential "road blocks" in "Loan Land" and always try to do my best to guide us around them, rather than trying to go through them.  My goal is to make the process as smooth and painless as possible for all of us 🙂

In my personal life, I am an avid amateur competitive team roper, along with my husband of over 25 years.  I also love to camp, work on my garden (although not very successfully sometimes), help my youngest son with his 4-H show goats, and my most recent "vintage" hobby is making quilts.  I even entered one at our County Fair and won 1st.
